Opportunities and Strategies to Attract Generation Y Employees

I am a Multi-Disciplinary Designer located in Michigan. I love developing advertising campaigns, creating interactive print pieces, researching how to make better user experiences, and building websites on my free time. Quite often you will see me organizing local design events, attending design conferences, connecting with other young professionals at meetups or just sketching on my notebook at a Starbucks. As much as I love Grand Rapids, I am eager to relocate if the right opportunity presents itself.
